He has been performing since he was four, writing his own songs since he was nine and had a song on the Italian DJ music charts - and is only 14 years old.
Now Jag Bentley wants to use his music to help children affected by war and those without access to clean drinking water.
The Year 9 student at McDonald College Performing Arts School in North Strathfield, who released the single said he was deeply affected by TV images of children suffering civil conflict in Syria.
Jag has been working on a song, Children Of The War, and its accompanying video clip, co-written with Italian-based global DJ Dayans.
With the help of his record company, Valminuata Records, 10 per cent of the song's digital sales will go to Save the Children Australia.

"I saw the images of kids suffering because of war and then I researched the topic and was asked to write the lyrics for the song. It really had an impact on me," Jag said.
He is starting a campaign urging students to donate to Save the Children so it can provide clean drinking water for children.
'Just $57 can provide access to safe drinking water for a community of 3000 for a day," he said.
Enjoy!
