Introducing Eat Your Heart Out, the ferocious rock five-piece from Newcastle, NSW, who - under their freshly inked record deal with Fearless Records / Caroline Australia - have released their second EP Carried Away. Led by frontwomanCaitlin Henry, Eat Your Heart Out injects a fresh, energetic burst of flair into today's alternative rock scene. With relatable lyrics and a unique blend of grunge riffs and brooding rock tunes, Carried Away is a staggering introduction to the precocious pop punk outfit.

Eat Your Heart Out - featuring Caitlin Henry alongside bandmates Andrew Anderson (guitar), Will Moore (guitar), Dom Cant (bass), and Jake Cronin (drums) - has been making waves since the release of their debut EP Distance Between Us in May 2015. Since their formation in 2012, the band has found themselves onstage alongside national and international acts such as Hands Like Houses, Trophy Eyes, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Knuckle Puck, Real Friends, and more, as well as landing a coveted spot on the Maitland lineup of Groovin the Moo 2016. With their signing to Fearless Records / Caroline Australia and the release of Carried Away, Eat Your Heart Out is ready to introduce three dynamic tracks that place a strong emphasis on musical and vocal melodies that are gritty yet hypnotizing enough to get stuck in your head. The self-reflective EP shows the young band at their most vulnerable, yet also most courageous to date, as they touch on topical coming-of-age issues as they experience changes with people, relationships, and even themselves.
