New Release from Theia "THEIA EP" On Warner Music NZ

To celebrate the release of her self-titled debut EP, Theia has released a Sean Turk remix of Treat You, which can be viewed via Theia’s official Youtube channel.

Released today the EP includes single Treat You, along with previously released tracks Roam,Champagne Supernova and Silver Second. Australian audiences were lucky enough to catch Theia perform the tracks live earlier this year when she supported the Kite String Tangle in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

All tracks on the EP were masterfully shaped and crafted in Auckland’s Golden Age Studios with producer, Josh Fountain (Leisure, MAALA), apart from Silver Second which was produced in Sydney by Alex Hope (Broods, Troye Sivan). The six songs showcase Theia’s knack for the seamless blending of genres and taking listeners on a personal journey.

Directed and designed by Mardo El-Noor (Fish ’n’ Clips), the official video for Treat You sees Theia wearing outfits made by award-winning local fashion design graduate Tess Norquay. The pieces were part of a collection which featured in Italian Vogue.

Theia burst onto the music scene in 2016 with her break-out smash hit Roam, which has surpassed 7 million streams on Spotify. She followed it up with Champagne Supernova, collaborating with members of the Royal New Zealand Ballet on the music video.
